摘    要:目的 探讨商用纯钛表面纤维连结蛋白与钙磷复合涂层的可行性。方法 采用纤维连结蛋白,钙磷共沉积的方法,对商用纯钛表面进行复合涂层的表面改性,结果 扫描电镜显示,单纯钙磷涂层和复合涂层的纯钛表面均见有晶体形成,但晶体形态存在一定的差异;EDX显示晶体的主要成份为钙磷,Ca/P=1.50。结论 本研究表明通过纤维连结蛋白与钙磷复合涂层对纯钛的表面改性具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective To study the probability of compound coating by fibronectin (FN) and calcium phosphate on commercially pure titanium(cpTi)surfaces.Methods The surface of cpTi was modified by co-precipitation in fibronectin and calcium phosphate solution single-precipitation in calcium phosphate solution served as control group.Results SEM showed crystal were formed on the titanium surface in both groups,but their morphology was different.EDX convinced that the main elements of the two kinds of crystals were calcium phoshate and the Ca/P ratio was about 1.50.Conclusion It is possible to modify the cpTi surface by compound coatings of fibronetin and calcium phosphate.
