| 摘 要： | 目的 观察冠心病患者经辛伐他汀治疗后血清一氧化氮及一氧化氮和酶水平的变化。方法 95例冠心病患者随机分为两组：治疗组(48例)在冠心病常规治疗基础上予口服辛伐他汀40mg；对照组(47例)仅予常规治疗。治疗前及治疗后4W分别测定血清NO及NOS含量。结果 冠心病患者经辛伐他汀治疗后可以显著提高其NO及NOS水平。结论 辛伐他汀不仅可以降低血脂，还可以促进NO及NOS分泌，发挥血管内皮保护功能，对冠心病的防治具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate the changes of serum level of NO and NOS in patients with coronary artery disease and simvastatin treatment. Methods 95 cases with coronary artery disease were randomized into two groups:Control group (n=47) with conventional therapy;treatment group (n=48) with conventional therapy plus simvastatin (40 mg Qd). The serum level of NO and NOS were determined before and after treatment. Results The serum level of NO and NOS in treatment group improved significantly. Conclusions Simvastatin can induce the secretion of NO and NOS. Simvastatin treatment is very important for prevention and treatment of coronary artery disease. |
