摘    要:目的 观察老年早期大鼠应用雌激素后卵巢结构及功能的变化。方法 建立老年早期大鼠模型,采用放射免疫法测定应用雌激素后外周血浆促卵泡生成素(FSH),促黄体生成素(LH),雌二醇(E)及睾酮(T)水平。卵巢组织切片观察卵巢结构的改变。结果 老年早期大鼠应用雌激素后外周血FSH明显降低,E2水平明显上升,T水平明显降低。卵巢门细胞减少,卵巢基质相对增生。结论 老年早期大鼠应用雌激素后可影响卵巢结构及功能。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of the structure and function of ovary in the early stage of aging mice after application of estrogen. Methods Model of aging mice at early stage was established. Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E 2), testosterone(T) in periphary blood were measured with RIA after estrogen was given, the changes in the structure of ovary were eximined. Results Estrogen exerted an influence on the structure of the ovary and decreased the hilus cells of ovary, and the ovarian stromal cells increased comparatively. It also raised the level of estrogen in the periphary blood and decreased, the level of the pituitary gonadotropin and the androgen obviously . Conclusion Estrogen can exert an influence on the structure and function of the ovary in early stage of aging mice.
