| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨迎香穴埋线治疗萎缩性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 :将萎缩性鼻炎 79例随机分为 2组。治疗组 (n =34)采用迎香穴埋线治疗 ,3周 1次 ,5次为 1疗程。对照组 (n =4 5 )用中西药常规治疗。结果 :治疗组显效 13例 (38 2 4 % ) ;好转 2 0例 (5 8 82 % ) ;无效 1例 (2 94 % ) ,总有效率为 97.0 6 %。治疗组与对照组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :迎香穴埋线治疗萎缩性鼻炎疗效显著、安全 ,值得临床推广应用

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of catgut implantation at yingxiang acupoint in atrophic rhinitis.Methods:Seventy nine cases of atrophic rhinitis were divided into two groups.34 patients were treated with catgut implantation at yingxiang acupoint,once in three weeks,five for a therapy.45 patients in the control group were regularly treated with Chinese medicine and western medicine.Result:For the treatment group,13 cases (38.24%) significantly improved,20 cases (58.82%) had effect,1 case (2.94%) had no effect.The total effective rate was 97.06%( P< 0.001 ) .Conclusion:Catgut implantation at yingxiang acupoint is possessed of obvious therapeutic efficacy,safe and no side effect.So it is valuable to be recommended and spread. |
