摘    要:目的利用响应面法优化鹿药总皂苷的提取工艺。方法采用中心组合设计方法,研究乙醇浓度、提取次数、提取时间及其交互作用对鹿药总皂苷提取率的影响。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:70%乙醇、回流提取2次、每次110 min。结论在最佳工艺条件下,鹿药总皂苷的提取率为4.63%,高于其他条件下的提取率,该工艺条件可为鹿药总皂苷的工业生产提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process for total saponins from Smilacina japonica A.Gray. MethodsThe effect of ethanol concentration, extraction time, number of extraction times and their interaction on extraction rate were studied by response surface method. Results The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows: 70% ethanol, extraction twice for 110 min. Conclusion The actual extraction yield is 4.63%. The method provides a scientific basis for the industrial production of total saponins from Smilacina japonica A. Gray.
