| 摘 要： | 目的探讨有机结合经腹壁超声（TAS）和经阴道彩色多普勒超声（TVS）诊断早期异位妊娠的临床价值,提高早期异位妊娠的超声诊断准确性。方法回顾性该院2006年1月~2009年11月异位妊娠的住院手术确诊病例49例,分析其TAS及TVS检查结果。结果TAS误诊2例,漏诊5例,声像图显示不满意的28例;后结合TVS检查诊断为EP47例,TVS检查漏诊2例。结论两种方法结合可极大提高异位妊娠诊断的准确率。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the value of the combination of TAS and TVS in diagnosis of EP to improve diagnostic accuracy.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of 49 confirmed cases of EP from January 2006 to November 2009,TAS and TVS inspection results analyzed.Results TAS misdiagnosed 2 cases missed 5 cases,28 cases dissatisfaction of sonography after the combination of TVS 47 cases were diagnosed as EP,TVS check missed 2 cases.Conclusion The combination of two methods can greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy rat... |
