| 摘 要： | 儿童期是神经系统发育渐趋成熟的时期,也是癫痫的高发阶段。具有多种因素对儿童癫痫的认知功能产生影响,并伴有不同程度的认知功能障碍。认知功能的损害是癫痫治疗过程中十分关注的问题,也是临床治疗上的一大挑战。现就癫痫患儿认知功能及其相关因素的研究进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Childhood is a period for the gradual growth of nervous system and at the high incidence of epilepsy.Several factors can interfere with the cognitive function of epileptic children,resulting in the cognitive disorders to various extent.Cognitive impairment is a critical issue and a huge challenge in clinical practice.This review highlights the research progress of the cognitive impairment and the associated factors in epileptic children. |
