完全性阴囊疝应用腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术的临床研究

目的探讨应用腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术对完全性阴囊疝的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性研究2013年1月至2015年3月该院收治的56例完全性阴囊疝患者,分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用腹腔镜完全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP),对照组患者使用腹腔镜下经腹膜前修补术(TAPP),比较2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、恢复工作时间、住院费用、术后并发症。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后住院时间、总住院时间、术后恢复工作时间均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),2组患者术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.558,P0.05)。结论完全性阴囊疝腹腔镜全腹膜外修补术能缩短手术时间,加快术后恢复,且不会增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical effect of using laparoscopic total extraperitoneal repair surgery for treatment of completely scrotum hernia

Objective To study clinical effect of using laparoscopic total extraperitoneal repair surgery for treatment of completely scrotum hernia .Methods Made a retrospective study of 56 completely scrotum hernia pa‐tients in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2015 and divided them into observation group and control group . The observation group used transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP) for treatment ,While control group used laparo‐scopic totally extraperitoneal preperitoneal (TEP)for treatment ,made a comparison of operation time ,intraoperative blood loss ,hospital stay ,postoperative recovery time ,hospitalization expenses and postoperative complications in two groups .Results The operation time ,postoperative hospitalization time ,length of hospital stay and postoperative re‐covery time were significantly shorter in observation group than the control group and two groups had statistical difference ,(P< 0 .05) ,the incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups had no significant difference (χ2 = 0 .558 ,P> 0 .05) .Conclusion It could shorter the operation time and speed up the recovery in the treatment for completely scrotum hernia with the use of laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal preperitoneal in addition ,it was worthy of clinical popularization and application that can increase adverse reactions .
