| 摘 要： | 痛风多由于禀赋不足、饮食不节、痰湿内阻、血行不畅、痰瘀互阻，内伤于肾，外阻于骨骼、络脉、关节而成。治疗采用活血通络、化痰泄浊法，并结合中医学理论和现代药理研究成果，对自拟经验方“降尿酸方”的组方特点和用法进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Gout results from weak constitution and improper diet and subsequent phlegm obstruction and blood stasis, which internally impair the kidneys and externally stay in bones, collaterals and joints. Its treatment concentrates on activating blood and unblocking collaterals, resolving phlegm and disinhibiting turbidity; an empirical formula was made according to Chinese medical theories and analyzed. |
