医务人员健康促进研究进展

创建健康促进医院旨在保护和促进患者及其家属、医务人员和社区居民的健康,提高医院的全面服务质量,促进医院可持续发展。本文在参阅了最近20年国内外相关文献基础上,对文献进行梳理,概括健康促进医务人员的背景、分析医务人员的健康现状,综述国内外健康促进医务人员的措施与效果,为我国健康促进医院的发展提供依据。

Study Progress on Health Promotion for the Medical Staff

The aim of establishing health promoting hospital（ HPH） is to protect and promote the health of the patients and their families,medical staff and community residents,to improve the overall service quality of the hospital,and to promote sustainable development of hospitals. The authors reviewed the relevant literatures in the last20 years and summarized the background of health promotion for the medical staff. The author also discussed the health status of medical staff and then reviewed measures and the effects of health promotion for the medical staff in the domestic and overseas,which would provide the basis for the development of Health Promoting Hospital in our country.
