Abstract: | A review is given on the experiences of 152 cases of operatively treated club foot. Exact X-ray assessment is thought to be very important, as even after excellent morphological and functional end results residual X-ray changes have been observed which potentially may lead to the redevelopment of abnormalities. Clinical and radiological assessment together can only be informative of the result of management. Analysis of the "own" and "referred" patients showed better clinical and radiological results in the first group, which has been attributed to the early operation, regular follow-up and care. |
