| 摘 要： | 用加厚型后巩膜加固术治疗32例高度近视患者(64眼)。术后随访6～18月,视力增加1～2行者 24眼(37％),屈光度降低 1～2 D者 40眼(63％)。结果表明该手术对阻止近视发展,保护视功能具有一定作用。

| Abstract: | 32 patients with degenerative myopia (64 eyes) were treated by posterior sclera thickcning reinforcement operation and foiiowed up for 6 ?18 rnonths wiih the satisfactory results. The visual acuity was improved by l to 2 rows in 24 eyes (37%) ,and the diopter was decreased by l to 2 D in 40 eyes (.63%). The opera tion showed some effect of preventirsg myopia from aggravating and effect cf protecting vision. |
