妊娠期糖尿病患者的妊娠结局

目的探讨控制血糖对妊娠期糖尿病母体并发症及围生儿结局的影响。方法对59例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行总结分析,根据治疗与否及血糖控制是否满意分成治疗组(A组,37例)与未治疗组(B组,22例),观察母儿并发症、分娩方式及新生儿窒息的情况。结果未治疗组的母儿并发症比治疗组明显增多,两组相比差异有显著意义。结论重视糖筛查,对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇进行及早诊断及治疗,选择合适的时间和方式终止妊娠可以降低母儿并发症的发生率。

Pregnancy outcome of women with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the control of blood glucose responsible for the prognosis of mothers and their fetuses and neonates who suffered from gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods In a retrospective study, we evaluated 59 pregnant women diagnosed with GDM. The 59 cases were divided into treated group and untreated group according to whether their blood glucose were controlled satisfactorily or not. The pregnancy outcome was observed and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with treated group, the complications of mothers and their neonates in the untreated group are significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Pay attention to glucose charge test so as to diagnose and treat the pregnant women with GDM in time. Trying hard to control blood glucose and choosing correct time and optimal method of terminating the pregnancy can reduce the incidence of complications of pregnant wemen with GDM and their neonates.
