血栓通早期干预对糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效影响

目的:观察血栓通早期干预对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的疗效及安全性的影响。方法:128例DR三期以内患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组为西医治疗基础上加用血栓通450mg静滴,1次/d,对照组为一般西医治疗,控制血糖血压血脂等。结果:治疗组总有效率为80.1%,对照组为67.7%,两组总有效率有显著性差异(P0.05),对比治疗前后生化结果,治疗组无明显肝肾功能损害。结论:血栓通早期干预治疗糖尿病视网膜病变效果较好,无明显不良反应。

Clinical effects of early intervention of Xue Shuan Tong against DR

Objective： To observe the clinical effects and safety of Xue Shuan Tong early intervention against diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods： 128 cases patients within the three DR were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group. The treated group was given 450mg intravenous Xue Shuan Tong, once a day, the control group for the general Western medicine treatment, to control of blood glucose blood pressure, blood lipids. Results： The total effective rate of the treated group was 80.1%, 67.7% of the control group, the total effective rates of two groups had a significant difference （P0.05）, compared before and after treatment biochemical results, the treatment group had no significant liver and kidney dysfunction. Conclusion： Xue Shuan Tong early intervention against DR was effective, no significant adverse reactions.
