普米克令舒氧驱动雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎疗效观察

摘    要:目的探索普米克令舒氧驱动雾化吸入在婴幼儿喘憋性肺炎治疗中的应用价值。方法选择2010年1月~2011年12月我院收治的喘憋性肺炎婴幼儿88例为研究对像。机械抽样随机将其中58例分为治疗组,采取综合治疗基础上加用普米克令舒氧驱动雾化吸人,其余分为对照组,采取综合治疗。结果治疗组有效率为96.5%;对照组有效率为73-3%。治疗组喘憋症状持续、哮呜音消失、湿哕音消失及病程时间较对照组短(P〈0.05)。对照组并发症发生率显著高于治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论常规治疗基础之上加用普米克令舒氧驱动雾化吸入可显著提高疗效、缩短治疗时间、降低治疗期间并发症的发生率。

Observation on the effect of Pulmicort Respules by oxygen atomizing inhalation in the treatment of infants with asthmatic pneumonia

Abstract:Objective To study the application value of Pulmicort Respules by oxygen atomizing inhalation in thetreatment of infants with asthmatic pneumonia. Methods All of 88 infants with asthmatic pneumonia in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected as research object.58 cases of all the patients were selected as treatmentgroup by systematic sampling, and they were treated with Pulmicort Respules by oxygen atomizing inhalation based on the compre hensive treatment ,others were selected as control group, and they were treated with comprehensive treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 96.5%,the effective rate of control group was 73.3%, the duration of asthmatic symp toms,time of wheezing disappearing,time of moist rale disappearing, course of treatment group were all shorter than those of control group (P 〈 0.05). The total complications rate of control group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The basic treatment conbined with Pulmicort Respules by oxygen atomizing inhalation can signifi cantly improve the effect, the treatment time is shortened, and complications rate during the treatment is decreased too.
