静脉滴注清开灵治疗46例慢性病毒性乙型肝炎的临床研究

目的:探讨清开灵治疗慢性病毒性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法:将91例慢性病毒性乙型肝炎患者分为两组,对照组给予保肝和抗病毒综合治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合静脉滴注清开灵注射液治疗,两组患者均治疗10d为1个疗程,3个疗程后对比临床疗效、改善肝功和肝纤维化情况。结果:观察组总有效率93.48%明显高于对照组73.33%,P0.01;治疗后,组间肝功指标比较,P0.01,观察组治疗前后比较,P0.01;治疗后,组间肝纤维化指标比较,P0.01,观察组治疗前后比较,P0.01。结论:清开灵注射液具有增强机体免疫能力、抑制病毒复制和抗氧化等作用,提高病毒性乙型肝炎的治疗率,改善肝功指标和肝纤维化程度。

Clinical research on treating 46 cases of chronic viral hepatitis B with intravenous infusion Qingkailing

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of the Qingkailing on treating chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods：91 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B were divided into two groups,control group was given the comprehensive hepatoprotective and antiviral treatment,on the basis of treatment in the control group,observation group were given intravenous infusion Qingkailing,the two groups of patients were treated for 10d for a course,to compare the clinical efficacy,improvement of liver function and liver fibrosis after three courses.Results：The total efficiency of 93.48% in observation group was significantly higher than 73.33% in control group,P0.01;to compare group liver function indicators,P0.01,to compare that in the observation group before and after treatment,P0.01;to compare the groups liver fibrosis indexes after treatment,P0.01,to compare that in the control group before and after treatment,P0.01.Conclusion：Qing Kai Ling injection can enhance immune ability,inhibit viral replication and antioxidant role and improve the treatment of viral hepatitis B rate,liver function and liver fibrosis.
