老年病人腹部外科围手术期护理

目的:为了探讨如何让老年腹部手术病人顺利度过围手术期。方法:对43例老年腹部外科围手术期患者进行观察、护理、指导等。结果:43例手术病人均顺利出院。结论:老年腹部外科围手术期病人体弱多病,免疫功能低下,各器官功能衰退,术前70%～80%合并其它疾病,对手术、愈合和年轻人有很大不同,对麻醉及手术耐受性差,手术风险大,术后并发症多,死亡率高。通过精心细致的术前、术后护理,取得了良好的效果。

Nursing of elderly patients abdominal surgery perioperative

Objective: To investigate how to pass through the elderly abdominal surgery patients survive the perioperative period. Methods: 43 cases of elderly abdominal surgery patients perioperative observation, nursing, guidance and so on. Results: 43 cases of surgical patients were discharged. Conclusion: The elderly abdominal surgery perioperative of patients with frail immune function, all organ function decline 70%～80% of the preoperative combined with other diseases, surgery, healing and young people is very different from the anesthesia and surgical tolerance poor surgical risks, postoperative complications, and high mortality. Through careful and meticulous preoperative and postoperative care, and achieved good results.
