| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖的原因及相应的预防措施。方法:分析老年糖尿病患者口服降糖药或胰岛素治疗引起低血糖的原因,根据患者自身情况对患者进行健康指导及护理。结果:80例老年糖尿病患者经过相应的治疗和护理,血糖均控制在理想范围,未出现任何后遗症。结论:低血糖早期采取针对性的护理措施是预防老年糖尿病患者低血糖的关键。

The causes and nursing prevention of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the causes of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients and appropriate preventive measures. Methods: We analyzed the reasons for elderly diabetic patients with oral hypoglycemic agents or insulin treatment-induced hypoglycemia, the patient’s own health guidance and care of patients. Results: 80 cases of elderly patients with diabetes after the appropriate treatment and care, blood glucose control in the ideal range, does not appear any sequelae. Conclusion: Low blood sugar early to take targeted measures of care is the key to prevention of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients. |
