身痛逐淤汤治疗腰腿痛67例疗效观察

目的:探讨身痛逐淤汤治疗腰腿痛的临床疗效及优越性。方法:将134例腰腿痛患者分为观察组和对照组各67例,观察组给予身痛逐淤汤治疗,对照组给予腰痛宁胶囊口服治疗,观察两组患者疼痛程度改善情况,并进行疗效评定。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛程度均较治疗前有明显降低(P0.01);观察组治疗后疼痛程度低于对照组(P0.05);观察组总有效率为91.04%,明显高于对照组的77.61%(P0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤治疗腰腿痛具有疗效好、症状改善明显等优点,可作为目前治疗中老年腰腿痛的一种较佳治疗方案。

Efficacy observation of treating 67 cases of low back pain with the Shentong Zhuyu decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and superiority of the Shentong Zhuyu decoction on treating low back pain. Methods： 134 patients with low back pain patients were divided into observation group and the control group, 67 each. The observation group was treated with the Shentong Zhuyu decoction, and the control group was given Yaotong Ning capsule for treatment, were observed degree of pain to improve the situation, and therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results： After treatment, the degree of pain than before treatment significantly reduced （P〈0.01）; degree of pain than the control group （P〈0.05） in the observation group after treatment; observation group, the total effective rate was 91.04%, significantly higher than 77.61% （P〈0.05） in the control group. Conclusion： Treating low back pain with the Shentong Zhuyu decoction has a good efficacy, symptoms improved significantly, as treatment for low back pain a better treatment options.
