幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病的中医药治疗进展

幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是全球范围内感染率最高的慢性感染细菌之一,且Hp感染与各种慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌和MALT淋巴瘤的发病有关。目前西药抗Hp治疗临床疗效肯定,但还存在许多的临床问题,如细菌耐药,药物过敏反应,加重消化不良症状,对血液系统,肝肾功能的影响等。近年来,中医药治疗在Hp根除、症状改善和控制溃疡复发等方面具有一定的优势。

Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a chronic bacterial infection of the highest number of infections worldwide, and Hp infection is relevant to the pathogenesis of a variety of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, gastric cancer and MALT lymphoma.
