中医药治疗酒精性脂肪肝的研究进展

酒精性脂肪肝(AFLD)是指长期饮酒导致的脂肪肝,近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,因饮酒导致的肝脏损害逐年增加,酒精性脂肪肝已经成为目前临床上最为常见的肝脏疾病之一,并且可演变为肝硬化及肝功能衰竭。目前西药治疗AFLD,以降脂为主,效果不甚满意。中医学的经典著作《金匮要略》中"心下坚,大如旋盘,……枳术汤主之。"所述的证候类似脂肪肝。故根据其临床表现和病因,可归于"痰证"、"积聚"、"胁痛"、"肥气"、"肝著"、"伤酒"、"黄疸"等病证,治疗AFLD具有独特优势,现将近年来中医药对AFL的研究现状综述如下。
