系统性红斑狼疮患者妊娠情况10年118例次分析

目的　了解系统性红斑狼疮 (SLE)妊娠的可行性 ,以及应该注意的问题。方法　对 72 8例SLE的1 1 8例次妊娠进行分析。结果　 71 2 %SLE妊娠后病情加重 ;只有 55 1 %足月生产 ;首次妊娠对病情和妊娠结局影响较大。无重要并发症、病情稳定 2年以上、接受小剂量泼尼松治疗者母婴预后较好。结论　SLE患者可以妊娠 ,但最好在病情稳定 2年以后 ,并适当使用泼尼松治疗。病情活动者不宜妊娠 ,第一次妊娠应多小心

A 118-case analysis on systemic lupus erythematosus and pregnancies in ten years

Objective Understanding the fea si bility of pregnancy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE),and what should be taken care of.Methods One hundred and eighteen pregnancies in 728 women with SLE were analysis.Results Disease activity increased in 71 2% of the pregnant;m ore risk existed in primigravida than in multigravida.Those gravidas who had no serious complications,had a two-year-and-more stable period,and received a co ntinuing small-dosed prednisone therapy,would have had a favorable prognosis of the mother and infant.Conclusion Conception is not contraindicated to SLE cases.Howev er it would be best for a pregnancy that the condition had been stable over two years,and the patient had taken a suitable prednisone therapy.Be careful for the first conception of SLE women,pregnancy should be avoided when the disease flar es.
