| 摘 要： | 目的：观察降纤酶治疗椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的疗效。方法：52例VBI患者分为治疗组（降纤酶加常规药物治疗，28例）和常规组（常规治疗：相对低分子质量右旋糖酐＋复方丹参静脉点滴，24例）。结果：治疗后，治疗组和常规组的显效率分别为57％和38％（P＜0．05），总有效率分别为86％和58％（P＜0．05）。结论：加用降纤酶治疗VBI可显著提高疗效。值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of defibrin in the patients with vertebro-basilar artery insufficiency (VBI). METHODS: Fifty-two patients with VBI were divided into treatment group (n=28, defibrin adding routine drugs) and control group (n=24, routine therapy: relative low molecular mass dextran adding Danshen root compound, iv gtt). RESULTS: Significant effective rate (57%), total effective rate (86%) in treatment group after therapy was remarkable higher than those in control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Defibrin is considered effects in treatment of VBI. |
