剖腹与腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕306例疗效分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜在宫外孕手术治疗中的疗效和优越性.方法 收集本院2005年6月～2006年12月住院行手术治疗的宫外孕患者306例.将她们分为腹腔镜组和剖腹手术组,对比观察两组手术效果及手术并发症.结果 腹腔镜手术组手术时间与剖腹手术组比较差异无显著意义(P＞0.05),腹腔镜手术组术中出血量、肛门排气时间、术后平均住院时间及术后患者下床时间、术后发热等均明显少于剖腹手术组(P＜0.01).结论 腹腔镜手术对机体损伤小,患者术后恢复快,在宫外孕手术治疗中临床应用价值高.

Clinical Analysis of 306 Cases of Ectop ic Pregnancy Treated by Laparotomy and Laparoscopy

Objective To investigate the effects and value of laparoscopy in treating ectopic pregnancy.methods 306 patients with ectopic pregnancy who need to be operated in our hospital,from June 2005 to December 2006 were randomly divided into laparoscopy group and laparotomy group.The results and complations were compared between the two groups .Results The amounts of bleeding,the period of pass gas,the time of hospitalization and leaving bed after operation,the case of fever were all significantly less than those of laparotomy group(P <0.01). While the time of operation showed no difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy is less damage to human body,it is more value for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
