| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氧气吸入沙丁胺醇佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法：采用随机对照观察，治疗组32例毛细支气管炎用氧气驱动吸入沙丁胺醇治疗。对照组31例用利巴韦林超声雾化吸入治疗。结果：治疗组咳嗽、喘憋及肺部罗音消失时间均小于对照组。结论：氧气吸入沙丁胺醇治疗毛细支气管炎起效快，疗效明显，副作用少。

| Abstract: | objective: In order to study the oxygen inhales of salbutamol sulfate in curing bronchiolitis. Methods: Oxygen drive to inhale salbutamol sulfate was given to 32 patients, and matched with 31 controled examples with ribavirin fog convert for inhale. Results: Days of cough and wheezing of bronchiolitis in therapy group were significantly less than that in control group. Conclusion: The oxygen inhales of salbutamol sulfate in curing bronchiolitis take effect quickly and has significant effects with less side effects. |
