| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑出血与血脂之间关系。方法选择脑出血患者78例,并选择72例健康体检者为对照组,于清晨空腹抽血查胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并予以比较分析。结果脑出血组与对照组相比,TC、LDL-C均升高(P<0.01),TG、HDL-C无明显差异。结论血脂代谢异常与脑出血密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the relationship between cerebral hemorrhage and blood lipid. Method 78 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and 72 cases of healthy individuals （control group） were selected, in the early morning ,their fasting blood samples were collected to check the cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, and their blood lipid data were analysed. Results compared with the control group, the cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol of patients with cerebral hemorrhage significantly increased （P〈0.01）, while triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were not significant.Conclusion Abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related with cerebral hemorrhage. |
