1999—2010年上海市奉贤区中小学生视力低下变化趋势

目的了解和掌握上海市奉贤区中小学生视力低下发生状况和变化趋势,为制定青少年视力低下防治措施提供科学依据。方法对奉贤区1999—2010年12年间中小学生视力状况监测数据进行统计分析。结果奉贤区1999—2010年12年间中小学生视力低下发生率平均为40.41%,视力低下率从1999年的32.27%上升至2010年的42.89%,上升趋势明显。初中生视力低下率明显高于小学生,高中生视力低下率明显高于初中生;女生视力低下率明显高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论奉贤区中小学生视力低下状况日趋严重,加强学生视力低下防治工作刻不容缓。同时防治视力低下工作需要采取综合性措施,社会、学校、家长、学生必须相互配合。

Change trend of poor eyesight among primary and middle school students in Fengxian District of Shanghai from 1999-2010

Objective]To understand and master the prevalence status and change trend of poor eyesight among primary and middle school students in Fengxian District of Shanghai,provide a scientific basis for developing the preventive measures of poor eyesight in adolescents. Methods]The monitoring data of eyesight status in primary and middle school students in Fengxian District during 1999-2010 were analyzed statistically. Results]During 1999-2010,the average incidence rate of poor eyesight among primary and middle school students in Fengxian District was 40.41%.The incidence rate of poor eyesight increased from 32.27% in 1999 to 42.89% in 2010,which showed an obvious rising trend.The incidence rate of poor eyesight in junior middle school students was higher than that in primary school students,the incidence rate in senior middle school students was higher than that in junior middle school students,the incidence rate in girls was higher than that in boys,and the differences were significant(P<0.01). Conclusion]The status of poor eyesight among primary and middle school students in Fengxian District has become increasingly serious,so it is no time to delay to strengthen the prevention and treatment of poor eyesight among students.Meanwhile,the comprehensive measures should be carried out,society,schools,parents and students must cooperate with each other.
