乳腺浸润性导管癌68例超声诊断与临床表现

目的分析乳腺浸润性导管癌（IDC）的超声图像特征与临床表现，探讨超声诊断乳腺浸润性导管癌在临床应用中的价值。方法选择我院收治的68例经手术和病理检测证实为乳腺浸润性导管癌的患者，对其，临床资料、超声图像和彩色多普勒图像特征进行回顾性分析。结果68例患者的超声图像中41例显示毛刺征或蟹足征，32例周边出现高回声晕，42例内部有微钙化，45例后方回声衰减；所有患者的彩色多普勒图像均有星点状或短线状血流表现，其中47例肿块内部测得高速高阻血流Ps〉17cm／s，RI平均为（0．77±0．23）]；27例出现腋窝淋巴结肿大。结论乳腺浸润性导管癌的超声声像网有特征性表现，可作为辅助诊断中有效的影像学检查方法之一。

Clinical characteristics of invasive ductal carcinoma on ultrasound diagnosis:an analysis of 68 cases

Objective To analyze the ultrasound image characteristics and clinical manifestations of invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC),investigate the value of ultrasound of breast invasive ductal carcinoma in clinical application.Methods Selected 68 patients after surgery and pathology testing confirmed invasive ductal breast cancer of our hospital,the clinical data,images and color doppler ultrasound features were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the 68 patients,41 cases were in the ultrasound image display glitches sign or crab foot sign,32 patients with high echo the surrounding halo,42 internal microcalcifications,45 cases of posterior echo attenuation;All patients had color Doppler imaging star-like point-like or short-term performance of blood flowing,47 patients tumor blood flow within the measured high impedance (Ps>17 cm/s,RI(0.77±0.23)];27 patients had axillary lymph nodes.Conclusion The ultrasonographic invasive of the ductal carcinoma have features of a performance,can be used as a valid diagnosis imaging methods.
