中枢神经细胞瘤MRI诊断与鉴别诊断分析

目的 探讨磁共振（MRI）造影在中枢神经细胞瘤（CNC）诊断与鉴别诊断中的表现。方法 回顾性分析13例经手术病理证实的CNC患者的MRI表现。结果 13例肿瘤均位于侧脑室透明隔和／或第三脑室近Monro孔处。TIWI以等信号为主，T2WI信号强度则多为不均匀等或高混合信号，增强扫描轻中度不均匀强化。结论 CNC的MRI表现具有一定特征性，能够与侧脑室内其他肿瘤进行鉴别诊断。

Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of central neurocytoma with MRI

Objective To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) features of central neurocytoma(CNC) for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods MRI findings in 13 cases of pathologically proved CNC patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results All lesions were located at the septum pellucidum between the lateral ventricles and(or) the third ventricle near the foramen of Monro.MRI features were as follows: mainly isointensity with mixed hypointensity on T1WI,isointensity and hyperintensity on T2WI,and marked inhomogeneous enhancement on Gd-DTPA.Conclusion MRI imaging has some specificity that is helpful to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CNC.
