| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床路径工作模式在癫痫持续状态抢救治疗中的应用价值。方法对2007年11月～2009年10月收治的35例癫痫持续状态患者,按制定的临床路径表作急诊抢救并对临床资料进行分析。结果 35例患者中28例癫痫发作被控制,病人逐渐清醒;2例放弃治疗;死亡5例。结论临床路径的应用可缩短大发作时间,提高抢救的成功率,减轻患者及家属经济负担。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of clinical pathway in intensive and critical care of patients with status epilepticus.Methods Data of intensive and critical caring on the basis of clinical pathway table of 35 patients with status epilepticus were studied retrospectively.Results 28 patients were effective controlled,2 patients were withdrew from treatment,and 5 patients died.Conclusion The clinical pathway can shorten the course of status epilepticus,improve the success rate of rescue,and reduce costs if we follow the clinical pathway. |
