64层螺旋CT血管造影在下肢动脉疾病中的应用价值

目的探讨64层螺旋cT血管造影在下肢动脉疾病中的应用，为下肢动脉疾病的影像学检查方法的扩展提供可靠的方法。方法收集我院42例下肢动脉疾病就诊患者，采用GElightspeedVCT；64层螺旋CT和DSA行下肢血管造影。结果42例患者CTA均清晰完整地显示检查范围内动脉血管影像，图像分辨率较高，能够显示各级主要分支血管。与DSA比较，共发现130段狭窄或闭塞的血管，其中38段轻度狭窄、51段中度狭窄、24段重度狭窄、17段闭塞。与DSA检查无统计学差异。结论多探测器螺旋CT具有无创、省时、扫描速度快、扫描层厚薄、后处理方式多样、对比剂用量少、伪影较少、并发症少等优点。64层螺旋CT下肢血管造影，可作为一种可靠的、快捷的、无创的下肢血管检查方法。

The Application Value of 64-slice spiral CT Angiography in the Lower Extremity Artery Diseases

Objective Explore the Application of 64-slice spiral CT angiography in the lower extremity arterial disease,and provide a reliable method for the extension of the method of imaging studies of lower extremity arterial disease.Methods 42 cases of lower extremity arterial disease were collected and made GE lightspeed VCT and 64-slice spiral CT and DSA for lower limb angiography.Results 42 patients CTA clearly demonstrated that arteries within the scope of the inspection image,the image with higher resolution,be able to display all levels of the main branch vessel.And DSA were found in the 130-segment stenosis or occlusion of blood vessels,including 38 segments with mild stenosis,51-segment moderate stenosis,24 segments with severe stenosis and 17 occlusion.No significant difference with DSA.Conclusions Multi-detector spiral CT has the advantages of non-invasive,time-saving,scanning speed,scanning the layer thickness,post-processing forms,the contrast agent with less,fewer artifacts,less complications,etc.64-slice spiral CT and DSA for lower limb angiography can be used as a reliable,fast,non-invasive lower extremity vascular examination methods.
