| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组给予中药治疗。结果:治疗组48例中治愈18例,显效15例,有效13例,总有效率为95.83%;对照组46例中治愈9例,显效8例,有效18例,总有效率为76.09%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:中医运用益气养阴活血化瘀方法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效明显,能有效改善患者的临床症状,值得进一步推广运用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis clinical efficacy.Methods: The control group were given the western medicine,the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Results: 48 cases of the treatment group were cured 18 cases,15 cases markedly effective in 13 cases,total effective rate was 95.83%;the control group 46 cases,9 cases were cured,markedly effective in cases,effective in 18 cases,total effective rate was 76.09%;treatment group than the control group,the total effective rate more significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Chinese use of Qi and Yin and promoting blood circulation obvious clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and worthy of further promoting the use of |
