慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠肌间神经丛内VIP能神经、SP能神经的免疫组化研究

摘    要:目的 探讨结肠肌间神经丛血管活性肠肽 (VIP)能神经及P物质 (SP)能神经在慢传输型便秘发病中的作用。方法 建立大鼠慢传输型便秘模型 ,利用铺片技术制作结肠肌间神经丛标本 ,采用免疫组织化学法在铺片上显示便秘大鼠结肠肌间神经丛内VIP能神经及SP能神经的分布及形态学改变。结果 与正常大鼠比较 ,便秘大鼠结肠肌间神经丛VIP能神经节及节间束细小 ,节内神经元数量明显减少 ,节间束内神经纤维分布稀疏 (平均面密度值 2 3.0 8± 1.82vs 19.35± 1 13,P <0 0 1) ;便秘大鼠结肠肌间神经丛SP能神经节明显增大 ,神经束增粗 ,神经元和神经纤维明显增多 (平均面密度值 15.4 5± 1 0 5vs18.14±1 18,P <0 .0 1)。结论 慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠壁内存在明显的神经病理学改变 ,结肠传输功能障碍可能与结肠肌间神经丛VIP和SP能神经病理改变和 或功能障碍有关。

Abstract:Objective Study the effect of VIP and SP nerves in th e pathogenesis of chronic slow transit constipation. Methods Ch ronic slow transit constipation rat model was established and the changes of VIP and SP nerves in colon myenteric nerve plexus were observed. Results VIP ganglia and internode band were smaller than those in the control group, the content of neurons was decreased, nerve fibers interno de band were sparse; SP ganglia and internode band were larger than those in the control group, the content of neurons was increased, nerve fibers internode ban d were increased obviously. Conclusions Dysfunction of in colon transition is associated wi th the pathological changes of VIP and SP nerves.
