| 摘 要： | 目的研究甘草水煎液的抗炎作用。方法分别采用小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀模型、醋酸致小鼠腹膜通透性增高模型、大鼠蛋清性足肿胀模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型,研究甘草水煎液的抗炎作用。结果甘草水煎液可以显著抑制小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀,大鼠蛋清性足肿胀、降低腹膜通透性及抑制棉球肉芽肿的增生。结论甘草水煎液具有较好的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Licorice root on the anti-inflammation.Methods The ear edema was induced by xylene,paw edema was caused by egg white,increased capillary permeability was induced by acetic acid and granulation tissue hyperplesia was induced by cotton.Results Licorice root decocted by water could decrease the ear and paw edema caused by xylene and egg white in mice and rats,capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice and the weight of the granulation tissue in rats effectively.Conclusion Licorice root can antagonize the reaction of inflammation. |
