门诊预住院管理模式实施效果分析

目的 探讨门诊预住院系统管理模式的实际应用效果,为进一步提高工作效率并减少医疗费用提供依据.方法 以某军队大型综合医院2013年11月～ 2014年1月实施门诊预住院管理模式后的患者为实验组（预住院组）,以上年同期按常规方式住院治疗的患者为对照组（非预住院组）,记录并计算两组患者住院人数、平均住院日、人均住院费用、待住院患者流失率、患者满意度等指标.结果 实施门诊预住院管理模式后,可增加住院收容数量,缩短平均住院日,减少人均出院费用和住院患者流失率,并提高患者满意度.结论 门诊预住院管理模式有利于提高大型综合医院的医疗服务质量及工作效率,是医院向“质量—效益型”发展的必然趋势.

Application Effect of Pre-Hospital Management Mode in Department of Outpatients

Objective To investigate the application effect of pre-hospital management mode in Department of Outpatients and provide evidence for improving hospital work efficient and decreasing medical cost.Method Patients receiving pre-hospital management mode from November 2013 to January 2014 in a large general 3A-level military hospital were recruited as experiment group （pre-hospital group）,and patients with normal hospitalization from November 2012 to January 2013 were included as control group （none pre-hospital group）.The number of hospitalization patients,average hospital stay,average hospitalization expenses,turnover rate of hospitalized patients and satisfaction degree of patients were compared.Result Compared to the control group,the application of the pre-hospital management mode could increase the number of hospitalization patients,decrease obviously the average hospital stay,decrease average hospitalization cost and turnover rate of hospitalized patients,and improve satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients.Conclusion The pre-hospital management mode can improve the quality of medical service and work efficiency in large scale hospital,which is an inevitable trend with ＂quality-benefit＂ development.
