团体心理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响

探讨团体心理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者自尊水平的影响。方法：将100例康复期精神分裂症住院患者随机分为两组，在精神药物剂量不变的情况下，随机分为干预组和对照组。应用阴性症状评定量表和罗森伯格自尊量表在干预前、干预8周后进行评定，统计分析。结果：经过8周治疗，团体心理干预组在阴性症状评定量表中每个因子上均有改善，差异有显著性（P〈0.05）；而对照组仅在总分和情感平淡、意志缺乏方面有改善，显著性有差异（P〈0.05）；两组在自尊量表评分均有明显改善（P〈0.01）。结论：团体心理干预有益于改善康复期精神分裂症患者阴性症状，提高自尊水平。

The effect of group psychotherapy intervention on serf- esteem levels of patients with schizophrenics in rehabilitative stage

To study the effect of group psychological guidance on low self - esteem in patients with schizophrenia. Methods：A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia at recovery phase were randomLy divided into two groups, the trial group and the control group, the trial group was treated with group psychological guidance and the control group without, moreover, and both were treated with former neuroleptics. The Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptom（SANS） and self- esteem scale （SES）was used to assess patients before and after study. Re- suits：There were significant difference in SANS after 8 weeks in both groups （P 〈0.05）, and there was significant difference in SES before and after group psychological guidance （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Group psychological guidance can raise the level of recover and improve self - esteem in schizophrenia.
