摘    要:目的 了解银川市三级甲等医院护士工作压力现状,寻求减轻护士工作压力的对策,为帮助管理者及护士正确认识并应对压力提供依据.方法 采用自制的人口统计学资料问卷、护士工作压力源量表对银川市3所三级甲等医院151名护士进行压力源调查.结果 89.87%的护士感到中度至高度的压力;护士的主要工作压力来源于工作量及时间分配等方面,其次为护理专业、工作环境及资源等,排在前3位的主要压力来源为工作量大、护士数量少、工资及福利待遇低.不同人口学特征的护士在工作压力方面存在统计学差异.结论 从医院管理层、护士自身等方面共同努力减少护士工作压力源,采取应对措施,合理配置人力资源,提高护理服务质量.

A Study on Job Stress of Nurses in 3A-Level Hospitals in Yinchuan

Abstract:Objective To investigate the nurse's job stress in 3A-level hospitals in Yinchuan to provide measures to relieve job stress and provide evidence for helping managers and nurses make a correctly understanding of job stress and relieve the stress.Method A self-designed questionnaires on demographic data and the nurse's job tress evaluating questionnaire were used to investigate 151 nurses from three 3A-level hospitals in Yinchuan.Result There were 89.87% of nurses with moderate to severe stress.The nurse's main job stress source were workload and time distribution,following by nursing profession,working environment and resources.The first three ranked specific stress sources were heavy workload,inadequate nurse,low wages and welfare benefits.Nurses of different demographic characteristics had statistical significant different levels of job stress.Conclusion The resources of nurses'job stress can be alleviated from the aspects of hospital managers and the nurses themselves.Positive countermeasures can be established and human resource can be reasonable allocated to improve nursing service quality.
