依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的：探讨高原地区应用依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收集2011年4月—2012年3月我院明确诊断为2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者136例,所有患者血糖、血脂、血压控制均达标,同时均给予抗血小板聚集、改善微循环等综合治疗。随机分为两组：治疗组（依帕司他50mg,一日3次,口服）;对照组（甲钴胺0.5mg,一日3次,口服）;观察治疗前及治疗后两组患者视觉模拟评分（VAS）、外周神经症状、神经传导速度变化以及不良反应等情况。结果：两组患者治疗后外周神经症状均有明显改善,治疗组总有效率为92.4%,对照组总有效率为65.0%,两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,临床短期疗效观察未见明显不良反应。结论：依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变是一种更有效、安全的方法之一,值得进一步研究及推广使用。

Epalrestat Tablets to the clinical observation of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy and safety. of Epalrestat Tablets for type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy in plateau region. Methods： We collected 136 patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy from April 2011 to March 2012,their blood sugar,blood fat,blood pressure control are standard,at the same time they are given comprehensive treatment such as anti platelet aggregation,improve microcirculation. Through the method of randomized into two groups： treatment group（ Epalrestat Tablets 50 mg oral three times a day）. Control group（ Mecobalamin 0. 5 mg,oral three times a day）. Observed in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with visual analogue scale（ VAS）,peripheral nerve symptoms,nerve conduction velocity changes and adverse reactions,and so on and so forth. Results： Two groups of patients with peripheral nerve symptoms were significantly improved after treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 86. 96%,control group total effective rate was59. 70%,two groups of curative effect more significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Epalrestat Tablets for type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy is one of a kind of more effective and safe method,worthy of further promotion.
