诱导性咳嗽联合咽部冷刺激在急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的研究

目的：探讨诱导性咳嗽联合咽部冷刺激在急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复的疗效。方法：将308例急性脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各154例。对照组采用常规康复治疗护理方法,治疗组在常规康复治疗护理方法的基础上结合诱导性咳嗽联合咽部冷刺激,1周后采用洼田饮水试验评估患者吞咽功能康复情况。结果：治疗组吞咽功能痊愈33例（21.43%）,有效91例（59.09%）,总有效率（80.52%）;对照组痊愈16例（10.39%）,有效45例（29.22%）,总有效率（39.61%）。两组疗效比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：诱导性咳嗽联合咽部冷刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的康复明显优于常规康复治疗护理模式。

Study on the curative effect of induced cough combined with cold stimulation in rehabilitation of acute stroke patients with dysphagia

Objective： The study was to explore the curative effect of induced cough combined with cold stimulation in rehabilitation of acute stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods： 308 patients with dysphagia owing to acute stroke were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group,154 patients for each.Patients in control group were treated by conventional rehabilitation nursing method,and patients in the treatment group were treated by induced cough combined with cold stimulation on the basis of conventional rehabilitation nursing methods.One week later,water- swallowing test were used to evaluate the patients＇ swallowing function.Results： In the treated group,33 patients were completely healed（ 21.42%）,and 91 patients were improved（ 59.09%）,and results total effective rate was 80.51%.In the control group,16 patients were completely healed（ 10.38%）,and 45 patients were improved（ 29.22%）,and results total effective rate was（ 39.60%）.The curative effects of the two groups were remarkable（ P〈 0.01）.Conclusion： In the rehabilitation of dysphasia owing to acute stroke,induced cough combined with cold stimulation were more effective than conventional rehabilitation nursing methods.
