微波固化治疗在手术不能切除胰腺癌中的应用

摘    要:目的 总结微波固化治疗在手术不能切除的胰腺癌中应用的经验。方法 回顾性分析6例微波固化治疗不能切除的胰腺癌病例。结果 本组6例均因胰腺癌行开放性手术,术中病理证实为胰腺癌,病期较晚,无法手术切除;围手术期无死亡病例,随访死亡2例,随访存活的4例,腹痛感均较术前明显缓解,最长生存期已达10个月。结论 微波固化治疗对于手术不能切除的胰腺癌是一种安全有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the experience of microwave coagulation therapy for unresectable pa ncreatic carcinoma.Methods 6 cases who were suffered from unresectable pancreatic carcinoma had been treated with microwave coagulation in our hospital since Marc h,2004,their data were analyzed retrospectively.Results All th e 6 cases were performed open operation because of pancreatic carcinoma,and each was confirmed by pathology during operation;tumors could not be resected by ope ration at that time;no one died during the perioperative period.Now 2 cases were dead and another 4 cases still survived,the abdominal pain of the alive ones wa s relieved obviously the longest survival time was already 10 monthes aftev micr o wave coagulation.Conclusion Microwave coagulation treatment is a safe and effective method for patients who were suffered from unresectable pancreatic carcinoma.
