| 摘 要： | 目的分析在电视胸腔镜下行胸腺扩大切除术的注意事项及术后效果。方法对我科近5年应用电视胸腔镜行胸腺扩大切除术的10例重症肌无力进行回顾分析。结果术后随访48个月，完全缓解4例，改善5例，缓解率90％，无死亡病例。结论电视胸腔镜胸腺扩大切除术治疗重症肌无力具有创伤小的特点，治疗效果与胸骨正中切口无区别。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effact of video-assisted thoracoscopic extended thymectomy for myasthenia gravis. Methods 10 cases of patients with myasthenia gravis received video-assisted thoracoscopic extended thymectomy were reviewed. Results M ean postoperative hospital stay was 6 days. 2 patients had postoperative mechanical ventilation support, symptom was significantly improved in 9 patients with a follow up of 3 months to 4 years. Conclusions Video-assisted thoracoscopic extended thymectomy for myasthenia gravis is effective and has the superiority of less traumatic and quicker recovery. |
