超声心动图检查男性肝硬化患者44例报告

本文报告M型超声心动图检测男性肝硬化患者44例,结果显示右心室内径平均值为21.94±2.93mm:右心室流出道平均33.34±4.73mm:其中代偿组均值为30.50±3.52mm,失代偿组均值为34.62±3.87mm。44例中右心室内径增大者23例(52.27％),右心室流出道增宽者15例(34.09％),左心房内径增大者6例(13.64％),左心室内径增大者5例(11.36％)。本文资料表明肝硬化患者的心脏变化以右心为主,表现为右心室内径增大和右心室流出道增宽。

ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC EXAMINATION OF MALE CIRRHOSIS PATIENTS: A REPORT OF 44 CASES

44 cases of echocardigraphic examination of male patients with cirrhosis were reported. These results showed that the right ventricle had a mean inner diameter of 21.94+2.93mm and the right ventricular outflow tract had the mean diameter of 33.34+4.74mm. Amongthem the average diameter was 30.50+3.52 in the compensation group and 34.62~3.87 in the decompesation group. Of the 44 cases enlargement of the right ventricle occurred in 23 cases(52.27％)while that of the right ventricular outflow tract occurred in 15 cases(34.09%).The inner diameter of the left atrium was enlarged in 6 cases (13.64%) whereas that of the left ventricle in 5 cases (11.36%). These show that enlargement of right heart is the main feature in cirrhosis patients, particularly the enlargement of the inner diameter of right ventricle and the right ventricular outflow tract.
