军队医院护理人员健康状况影响因素分析

军队护士作为一个特殊的职业群体，集军人角色、护士角色、家庭角色于一身，常年工作在军队医疗卫生第一线，常常处于各种角色的矛盾冲突中，除了要承担十分繁重的护理工作外，作为军人的职业要求，其还必须为保持体能、完成战备训练任务进行有针对性的训练，因而较一般人群有更高的紧张体验，容易出现各种各样的健康问题。本文旨在阐述军队护士健康状况的现状，分析影响军队护士健康的因素，提出改善军队医院护士健康的措施和方法。

Health Status and Influencing Factors of Army Nurses in the Military Hospital

Army nurses are a special occupational group who need to work in the first line of military health care all year round , play the role of soldier , nurse , and family member , and be in the conflicts of different roles . As the soldiers , in addition to a heavy work for health care , they also have to conduct targeted training for physical exercise and readiness training .Therefore , their tension experience is higher than the general population and then is more prone to a variety of health issues .In this paper , the current health status of army nurses were summarized , and the associated factors were analyzed .At last, the related measures were proposed for the improvement of their health status .
