响应面法分析优化生地黄提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选生地黄提取工艺参数。方法采用中心组合实验设计——响应面法分析优选生地黄提取工艺,以加水倍量、提取时间、煎煮次数为主要影响因素,以梓醇含量及多糖含量的加和为评价指标进行优选最佳工艺。结果优选出生地黄的提取工艺为:14倍量水,提取2次,每次120min。结论该方法简便,合理、稳定,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of the rehmanniae radix. Methods Central composite experimental design and response surface methodology were applied to optimize the best extraction conditions. Extracting time, water to raw material rati- o,number of extraction were the main factors to influence the yield of catalpol and polysaecharide. Results The optimum extraction con- ditions were determined as follows:extraction time 120min,number 4 and water to raw material ratio at 14. Conclusion The method is simple, reasonable, stable, and suitable for industrialized production.
