中西医结合治疗急性下肢动脉闭塞性病变疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察中西医结合治疗急性下肢动脉闭塞性病变的临床疗效。方法 64例急性下肢动脉闭塞性病变患者随机分为两组。对照组采用常规的西药扩血管治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗。观察两组治疗后血管再通情况以及治疗前后踝肱指数变化水平,以及治疗前后血脂情况。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率、踝肱指数与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组治疗后血脂水平显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急性下肢动脉闭塞性病变有很好疗效,能显著提高血管再通率。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated Chinese -western therapy on acute lower extremity arterial occlusive disease. Methods 64 eases of acute lower extremity artery were randomly divided into two groups. The control group treated with western medicine routine vasodilator therapy and the treatment group treated with Chinese medicine based on the control group. Blood vessel recanali- zation , the ankle brachial index level and lipids situation before and after the treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate and ankle braehial index between two groups had statistically significant difference (P 〈 O. 05 ) ; blood lipid level in treatment group was signifi- cantly lower than control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Integrated Chinese - western therapy treating acute lower extremity arterial occlusive disease has remarkable effect and can significantly improve the recanalization rate.
