无创正压通气联合间断雾化吸入可比特对重症支气管哮喘患者FeNO和血清Hs-CRP的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨无创正压通气联合间断雾化吸入可比特对重症支气管哮喘患者呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)和血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的影响.方法 60例重症支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组和治疗组;对照组30例,治疗组30例.对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用无创正压通气联合间断雾化吸入可比特.比较治疗后呼吸功能、FeNO和血清hs-CRP.结果 治疗后两组的呼吸功能均明显改善,并且治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05).两组治疗后FeNO和hs-CRP均明显降低,但治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论 无创正压通气联合间断雾化吸入可比特明显减轻重症支气管哮喘患者的炎症状态,改善病情.

Abstract:Objective To study the effectiveness of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) plus aerosol inhalation combivent on exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) of patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods Sixty patients with severe bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=30 cases) and the treatment group(n=30 cases).The patients in the control group were cured through the conventional treatment,while the patients in the treatment group were cured through NIPPV plus aerosol inhalation combivent.The respiratory function,FeNO and hs-CRP in the serum were compared after treatment.Results The respiratory functions in both groups were lowed after treatment.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).The FeNO and hs-CRP in serum in both groups were lowed after treatment.There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion NIPPV plus aerosol inhalation combivent can reduce inflammation,which can improve the conditions of patients with severe bronchial asthma.
