丹红注射液联合倍他乐克治疗急性心肌梗死合并心律失常的疗效观察

目的 观察丹红注射液联合倍他乐克治疗急性心肌梗死合并心律失常疗效.方法 将85例急性心肌梗死合并心律失常患者完全随机分为观察组(43例)和对照组(42例),对照组给予倍他乐克治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液进行治疗.结果 治疗后,2组的总有效率分别为88.4%和69.0%,2组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.75,P=0.03＜0.05).结论 中药丹红注射液联合倍他乐克治疗急性心肌梗死合并心律失常效果显著,值得进一步临床推广.

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Danhong injection and Betaloc in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with arrhythmia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danhong injection and Betaloc in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with arrhythmia.Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(43 cases) was treated with Danhong injection and Betaloc,the control group(42 cases) was treated with Betaloc alone.Results The total efficiency of the two groups were 88.4% and 69.0% between the two groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.75,P=0.03<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Danhong injection and Betaloc in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with arrhythmia is safe and effective.
