| 摘 要： | [目的]总结儿童百草枯中毒的护理,以减少肺纤维化的发生、提高患儿存活率。[方法]对35例百草枯中毒患儿进行急救及护理。[结果]治愈出院20例,1例口服致死量患儿入院后6h经抢救无效死亡,放弃治疗14例,随访死亡14例。[结论]加强儿童百草枯中毒的急救及护理,有利于预后。

| Abstract: | Objective. To summarize the nursing experience of children with paraquat poisoning,to reduce the occurrence of pulmonary fibrosis, improve the survival rate of children with paraquat poisoning. Methods. A total of 35 children with paraquat poisoning received first aid and nursing care. Results. In total 35 patients,only 1 case who took orally lethal dose,died after salvaging for 6 hours in our hospital. 14 cases abandoned treatment,and other 14 cases died in follow - up. 20 patients healed and discharged. Conclusion, To strengthen the first aid and care for children with paraquat poisoning is beneficial for prognosis. |
