经皮椎体后凸成形术在老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折治疗中的疗效

摘    要:探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法对62例骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者的99个椎体进行PKP手术。记录患者术前、术后1d、术后1个月、术后6个月的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswesty日常活动功能障碍指数(ODI)以及Cobb角、椎体前缘、中部高度的改善情况。结果术前VAS评分、ODI指数、Cobb角、椎体前缘、中部高度,与术后1d、1个月、6个月比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。患者术后1d、1个月、6个月的VAS评分、ODI指数、Cobb角、椎体前缘、中部高度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PKP能够有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体骨折引起的疼痛,对维持椎体稳定性、恢复椎体的部分高度、提高生存质量有一定的作用,是一种简单、安全、有效的新方法。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods The PKP was performed in 62 patients(99 vertebrae) with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).The improvements in visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswesty disability index(ODI),Cobb angle,vertebral bottom edge and central wall height were followed up before operation and at 1 day,1 month and 6 months after operation.Results There were significant differences in VAS score,ODI index,Cobb angle,vertebral bottom edge and central wall height between pre-and postoperative values(P<0.05),but no differences were found among the values at 1 day,1 month and 6 months after operation(P>0.05).Conclusion PKP is a simple,safe and effective procedure,which can relieve pain,maintain vertebral stability,restore vertebral height and improve quality of life in senile patients with OVCF.
