新式剖宫产对110例产妇术后恢复的影响

目的 探讨新式剖宫产对产妇术后恢复的影响.方法 选取2009年1月至2011年6月进行剖宫产的110例产妇为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组各55例,对照组采用传统术式进行分娩,观察组采用新式剖宫产进行分娩.比较两组产妇产后排气时间、泌乳情况、并发症发生率、腹壁切口愈合情况及术前、术后1、3d的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分等情况.结果 观察组的排气时间、泌乳情况及切口愈合情况优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,术后SF-36评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 新式剖宫产对产妇术后恢复作用积极,可显著改善多项评估指标.

Study on influence of new mode cesarean section on postpartum recovery of 110 parturients

Objective To study the influence of new mode cesarean section on postpartum recovery of parturient.Methods 110 parturients from January 2009 to June 2011 were selected as the research subjects and treated with new mode cesarean section.The parturients were divided into the control group and observation group.The control group received the conventional delivery and the observation group was performed the new mode cesarean section.Then the exhaust time,lactation situation,incidence of complications,healing condition of abdominal incision and SF-36 scores before operation and on postoperative 1,3 d in all parturients were compared.Results The status of exhaust time,lactation situation and of abdominal incision in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the SF-36 scores on postoperative 1,3 d were all higher than those in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The new mode cesarean section plays an active role in postpartum recovery and can significantly improve many evaluation indexes.
